How long does the corporate onboarding process take?

We endeavour to complete the onboarding and verification process within 1 business day, when we receive the necessary documentation. Learn more about the KYC documents requirements.

How can I deposit funds onto the exchange?

Deposit funds using PayID, Osko, EFT or SWIFT. In addition to our standard deposit methods, we offer RTGS deposits for amounts over $100,000. Contact our OTC team for more information or view our help page.

Note: Depositing funds to trade with the OTC desk is the same process as depositing funds into your exchange trading account.

How long does it take to withdraw my funds?

We process the withdrawal of AUD in real-time. SWIFT transfers can take 2 or more business days depending on your financial institution.

How long does settlement take?

You can access our order book for 24/7 instant settlements.

OTC orders are usually settled within a few hours when placed during business hours. For certain deals, we may need up to one business day. If you have specific requirements for settlement, we are happy to work with you to meet your needs.

Who can use the OTC desk?

Our OTC service is open to both individuals and corporates looking to buy, sell, or trade a large amount of digital assets. Our minimum order size is $50,000. However, we do offer some flexibility for smaller market-cap assets.
