Currently, account creation is only available via the Independent Reserve website. To access the site via our app, tap Settings in the navigation menu, followed by Create Account.

Independent Reserve offers 4 fiat currencies you can trade crypto against - AUD, SGD, NZD, and USD. The default currency setting allows you to choose which currency all crypto prices in the app will be shown against.

Tap Settings in the navigation menu, and at the top in line with Default Currency, tap either AUD, NZD, SGD, or USD. Your selected currency will be highlighted and can be changed at any time.

Enabling this option will hide other fiat currencies (apart from the Default Currency) from the Wallet screen. Eg if AUD is your Default Currency , SGD, NZD, and USD will be hidden from the Wallet screen.

Tap Wallet in the navigation menu, and select AUD | Australian Dollar on the list of currencies. Tap Deposit in the pop-up menu and then select the PayID/Osko tab. Your PayID address will be displayed which will have the option to be copied to your clipboard. Use this address when completing a PayID/ Osko transaction via your banking app. If a reference/message code is displayed on this page, ensure you add it to the PayID payment on your internet banking for our system to identify your deposit.

Tap Wallet in the navigation menu, and select AUD | Australian Dollar on the list of currencies. Tap Deposit in the pop-up menu and then select the Bank transfer tab. The bank account details will be displayed which will have the option to be copied to your clipboard. Make sure to add the Reference exactly as shown when completing the transaction via your banking app.

Tap Wallet in the navigation menu, and select either SGD/NZD/USD in the list of currencies. Tap Deposit in the pop-up menu and then click Proceed. This will take you to your Independent Reserve website account where you can see the deposit details needed to proceed.

Tap Wallet in the navigation menu, and select your desired cryptocurrency in the list. Tap Deposit in the pop-up menu. The crypto wallet address will be displayed alongside a QR code. Tap Copy address or scan the wallet address and paste it into the wallet or platform you’re sending the crypto from.

Note: If depositing cryptocurrencies that require a Memo or Tag, you will find this alongside the Wallet Address.

Currently, cryptocurrency withdrawals are only available via the Independent Reserve website. The app can direct you to the appropriate screen to do this.

Tap Wallet in the navigation menu, and select the desired cryptocurrency in the list. Tap Withdraw in the pop-up menu. Under the notification message, tap Proceed to be directed to the Independent Reserve website to request a withdrawal.

Currently, fiat withdrawals are only available via the Independent Reserve website. The app can direct you to the appropriate page to do this.

Tap Wallet in the navigation menu, and select the desired fiat currency in the list. Tap Withdraw in the pop-up menu. Under the notification message, tap Proceed to be directed to the Independent Reserve website to request a withdrawal.

The Wallet screen shows your available fiat balance whilst the Portfolio screen shows the total value of all your holdings.

When viewing the currencies in your Wallet, swipe to the left to see your small balances.

Tap Markets in the navigation menu, followed by the cryptocurrency you would like to see the trading volume of. You will be taken to a screen where you will find the Volume traded in the last 24 hours as well as the High and Low prices.

Note: The High and Low prices are shown for the selected date ranges, although the Volume traded is always for the last 24 hours.

Tap Trade in the navigation menu, this will direct you to the Market Order screen. Select whether the order is a Buy or a Sell, your selection will be highlighted at the top. Tap the drop-down menu to select the cryptocurrency you would like to trade.

Your available balance will appear in the top label - these are funds that are able to be traded. Enter your Spend or Sell amount. You have the option to use all available funds by tapping Max.

Your balance will show in the bottom label, this shows how many units of the currency you’re trading into that you currently hold.

Note: There are maximum order sizes per coin. To trade larger volumes please use the website trade screen.

To process the order, tap Buy or Sell at the bottom of the screen.

Currently, only market orders can be placed on the mobile app. If you wish to place more advanced order types, please use the trade screen from a browser.

Tap Settings in the navigation menu. Tap Transaction History near the top of the screen. Filter through currencies and transaction types by using the drop-down menus at the top of the screen.

Note: To view more information about your transaction history, swipe the screen to the left.

Currently, your referral code can only be found on the Independent Reserve website. To access the website via the mobile app, tap Settings in the navigation menu, followed by your user name at the top left of the screen. This will take you to the settings page on the Independent Reserve website where you can then tap on the Referral Program tab to find your code.

Tap Settings in the navigation menu, lower on the list you will find Appearance. Select either Auto, Light or Dark mode and your preferred setting will be highlighted. Auto will follow your system preference.
