Creating a personal account with Independent Reserve Singapore is easy. It takes less than five minutes to sign up and begin trading cryptocurrency.
How to create a personal account
- Go to Create Account or download the Android or iOS app
- Enter a Username, Email, and Password and select Account type: Personal
- Review our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and acknowledge you have read them.
- Enter the confirmation code sent to your registered email.
- Enter your Mobile number, and click “Send code” to verify your mobile number.
- Select your Account purpose in the drop-down menu and your Source of income.
- Proceed to Identity verification by clicking Start.
- Select your country of residence. Once you click “Singapore”, you may retrieve your personal details from SingPass.
- Tap on “Retrieve my info with SingPass‘ to be redirected to the SingPass page.
- Log in to your Singpass and tap “I Agree” to grant Independent Reserve access to your personal details.
- Review your personal details and tap Next to proceed.
NOTE: At this point, you’ll be able deposit and trade crypto. However, you’ll be required to complete full verification of your identity to remove some of the restrictions on your account.
- Have your Photo ID and Proof of address ready for identity verification. Follow the instructions on the screen to verify your account fully.
NOTE: You will need to enable camera access for Independent Reserve to complete the verification process.
- Carefully review all details. Once you have confirmed all details are correct (or modified the details as necessary), tap “Submit for verification” to proceed.
Verification submitted; what happens next?
- Please allow 24 hours for our team to assess your application.
- You will receive a support message if our verification team requires further documentation or clarification.
- Once your personal account is fully verified, you will receive a confirmation email and you’ll be able to deposit, withdraw, and trade.
