If you are a Singapore resident opening a personal account, enjoy fuss-free registration and verification via Myinfo with Singpass. In order to complete the verification process, you will need to provide two identity documents.

• Government-issued Photo ID: Examples of acceptable photo ID include a National Registration Identity Card (NRIC), a government-issued work pass or a valid passport.
• Proof of address: This document must have been issued within the last six months and refer to a physical address (i.e. not a PO box). Acceptable proof of address examples include bank statements, utility bills (electicity or water bills), or government-issued documents. Unfortunately, we cannot accept phone bills as valid proof of address.

If all the identity documents provided are current and accurate, you should immediately be activated and approved for trading. However, there are some instances in which we will require additional information. Once you have provided all the required information, your account should be fully verified within 24-48 hours.
