Our books are balanced and we carry no debt on our balance sheet. We engage external auditors to undertake an annual audit of our financial statements in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards. What fiat currencies do you support?

We support New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and US dollars (USD) via SWIFT. If your company has an Australian bank account, we also support local bank transfers.

How does the OTC desk work?

Our OTC service is open to individuals or corporates looking to buy, sell or trade a large amount of digital assets. Our minimum order size is $50,000. However, we do offer some flexibility for smaller market cap assets.

How long does settlement take?

You can access our order book for 24/7 instant settlements.

OTC orders are usually settled within a few hours when placed during business hours. For certain deals, we may need up to one business day. If you have specific requirements for settlement, we are happy to work with you to meet your needs.
