HYPE is the native utility token of Hyperliquid, a decentralised exchange specialising in perpetual futures and advanced crypto derivatives. The token underpins key functions on the platform, from reducing transaction costs to supporting user incentives and participation.
Hyperliquid provides gas-free trading for most transactions on its native Layer-1 blockchain, keeping costs low with minimal maker/taker fees. However, bridging assets or interacting with HyperEVM may involve gas fees due to external network requirements.

We do not commingle customer funds. We maintain complete segregation of all client assets to ensure that when you need to make a withdrawal you can.

Independent Reserve is the sole custodian of all crypto assets held on our platform. Custody is managed in Australia and we do not use any third party custodians.
