Direct investment and integration for institutions

Here’s the list of documents required for onboarding a company account.

• ID and proof of address for the account operator
• Copy of the ASIC company extract
• ID and proof of address for all directors
• ID for all significant shareholders (>25% ownership)
• If a significant shareholder is a trust or corporate entity, we will also require the trust deed and company extract for that entity as well as the ID of any additional trustees / Directors.
• If the account operator is not also a director or significant shareholder - Authority form signed (or emailed) from the Directors granting authority to the account operator to operate the account on behalf of the company
