Terms and conditions
This opt-in campaign will run from 2 March 2026 to 31 March 2026. We reserve the right to terminate this campaign or to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to you.
How to Participate
- All holders of a fully verified Independent Reserve Singapore account in good standing, who have not previously opted in and been approved as an Accredited Investor on the IR platform can participate in this campaign.
- You must submit the Google Form to express your interest to opt in and complete your application to qualify as an Accredited Investor in order to participate.
- Participation in the campaign is entirely voluntary and we reserve the right to exclude any user from the campaign at our discretion.
Bonus Eligibility
- In order to be eligible for the Bonus, you must have completed the opt-in process, with all required documents submitted before the 31st of March 2026 and be verified as an Accredited Investor by Independent Reserve Singapore.
- Each account is only eligible for one bonus. The bonus is non-transferable and can only be credited to the account which qualifies for it.,
- Eligibility as an Accredited Investor only applies to main account holders. Sub-users may not apply their Accredited Investor status to the main account.
- Our decision to approve or reject your opt-in application is final. If we do not approve your application, you will not receive the bonus but you may continue using your account as a retail user. No breach of these terms occurs.
- You must not have already been approved as an Accredited Investor by Independent Reserve prior to the start of the campaign (before 2 March 2026).
- The Bonus will be credited into your account within 7 business days after the end of campaign (31 March 2026) or 7 business days after your verification as an Accredited Investor is completed, whichever is later.
- All eligible users will be credited with SGD 100 worth of BTC based on the prevailing market value of BTC at the time of credit. Independent Reserve will not be liable for any indirect loss or change in value due to price fluctuations after the crediting of the bonus.
- You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from receipt of this bonus.
- In the event that we discover any misrepresentation or fraudulent behaviour on your part, we reserve the right to refuse, claw-back, set-off or demand reimbursement of any Bonus payout granted. We may also choose to suspend or terminate our relationship with you in such instances, in accordance with our standard Terms and Conditions.
Risk Disclosures
- By opting in, you agree that some protections that apply to retail customers will no longer apply to you on our platform.
- Independent Reserve will treat you as an Accredited Investor based on the information and representations made under your opt-in declaration and you accept and understand that being treated as an Accredited Investor means, among other things, that you will be deemed to have the resources and ability to understand and manage the risks of the financial products that you choose to invest in. This means that we are allowed to assume that you have a certain level of understanding of financial products, and we are not obliged to determine your precise level of understanding of such products. We are also allowed to assume that you have sought independent advice prior to purchasing or participating in any financial instrument or investment. In addition, when you hold certain financial instruments or participate in certain activities, you will be afforded fewer statutory protections and remedies than retail investors.
