Cancelling a withdrawal in the Pending state is easy. This example will go through cancelling a Bitcoin (BTC) withdrawal, but the same concept applies to any currency withdrawal that is in a Pending state.
Note: at the time of writing cancelling a pending withdrawal is only possible using the web browser interface, you cannot do it using the mobile app.
1. Go to the Transaction History page by moving your mouse to the TAX AND REPORTS nav menu at the top of the screen, then clicking Transaction History.
2. Scroll down to the Withdrawals section of the page. You will see the Pending withdrawal listed. If you cannot, it may have already been processed, in which case it is too late to be cancelled. If you can find the pending withdrawal, click the pending row to bring up the Withdrawal details modal.
3. In the Withdrawal details modal, you will see a Cancel withdrawal button.
4. Click this, then click the Confirm button to confirm this action. Your withdrawal will be cancelled.
